The DSL05-016SC6 is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. The device offers a working voltage (Vrwm) of 16V and can handle a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 30A under an 8/20µs waveform. It features a typical capacitance of 1.5pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection.
This TVS diode incorporates two unidirectional channels and provides power line protection. It is specified for telecom applications and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
