The STMicroelectronics DSL03-022SC6 is a Zener TVS diode designed for secondary protection of VDSL2 lines. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 22V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 25V at 1mA. The device clamps at a maximum of 52V when subjected to a 16A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform).
