The IXYS DSI45-16A is a standard rectifier diode designed for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1600V and an average forward current of 45A. The forward voltage is typically 1.28V at 45A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.37V. The device can handle a forward surge current of up to 480A (10 ms sine wave) and 518A (8.3 ms sine wave).
