The IXYS DSI30-12A is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V and an average rectified current rating of 30A. The forward voltage is specified at 1.29V maximum when conducting 30A.
This diode uses standard silicon technology and exhibits a standard recovery time greater than 500ns at 200mA. The junction capacitance is 10pF at 400V and 1MHz. It is housed in a TO-220-2 package with a TO-220AC supplier device package, suitable for through-hole mounting.
