The IXYS DSI2X55-16A is a dual rectifier diode module designed for high voltage and high current applications. It contains two independent standard recovery diodes in a single SOT-227B (miniBLOC) package, enabling easy chassis mounting with M4 screw terminals.
Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1600V per diode and an average forward current of 56A per diode at a case temperature of 80°C with a 180° sine wave conduction angle.
