The DSEP60-12A is a high-performance fast recovery diode from IXYS, rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1200V and an average forward current of 60A at a case temperature of 95°C. It utilizes planar passivated chip technology for low leakage and very short recovery times. The typical forward voltage is 2.32V at 60A and 25°C, with a maximum of 2.34V. The reverse recovery time is typically 200ns under specified conditions, ensuring low switching losses.
