The IXYS DSEP30-06BR is a high-performance fast recovery epitaxial diode (HiPerFRED) designed for efficient switching applications. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600V and an average forward current (IFAV) of 30A at a case temperature of 115°C. The diode features a typical reverse recovery time of 30ns, ensuring low switching losses and soft recovery behavior for reduced EMI.
