The IXYS DSEP2X91-03A is a high-performance fast recovery diode module designed for demanding power electronics applications. It contains two independent diodes with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current rating of 90A per diode. The module offers a typical reverse recovery time of just 40ns at 25°C, enabling efficient high-frequency switching.
The diodes feature planar passivated chips for very low leakage current and soft recovery behavior, reducing EMI and switching losses.
