The DSEP15-06B is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by IXYS. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 15A. The diode uses standard technology and has a forward voltage of 2.52V at 15A.
With a reverse recovery time of just 30ns, this diode is classified as fast recovery (≤500ns). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The device is housed in a TO-220-2 package with a through-hole mounting type, and the supplier device package is TO-220AC.
