The DSEK60-06A is a high-performance fast recovery diode array manufactured by IXYS. It consists of two diodes in a common cathode configuration, rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 30A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 50 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1.6V at 37A and a non-repetitive surge current capability of 100A. The junction operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
