The DSEI30-10A is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by IXYS. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 30A. The diode features a fast recovery speed of 50ns (trr) and a typical forward voltage of 2.4V at 36A forward current.
