The DSEI2X61-10B is a high voltage fast recovery diode module manufactured by IXYS. It integrates two independent diodes, each with a maximum reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 60A. The forward voltage is maximum 2.3V at 60A, and reverse current is 3mA at 1000V. The reverse recovery time is rated at 50ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation.
The module operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and is designed for chassis mounting. It is supplied in a SOT-227-4 (miniBLOC) package, also known as SOT-227B.
