The DSEI2X31-10B is a dual independent fast recovery diode module from IXYS. Each diode is rated for 1000V repetitive reverse voltage and 30A average forward current at 50°C case temperature. The device features a very short reverse recovery time of 50ns (max) at 1A, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. It utilizes planar passivated chips for low leakage and soft recovery behavior. The module offers 2500V isolation voltage and is designed for chassis mount with SOT-227B (miniBLOC) package. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.25 K/W, allowing efficient heat dissipation. Typical applications include antiparallel diodes for high-frequency switches, snubber diodes, and freewheeling diodes in converters and motor control circuits.
