The IXYS DSEI2X101-06A is a high-performance dual fast recovery rectifier diode module designed for power conversion applications. It features two independent diodes each rated for 600V reverse voltage and 96A average rectified current. The device employs standard silicon technology with a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 100A and a reverse leakage current of 3mA at 600V.
With a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns (maximum), the DSEI2X101-06A is suited for high-frequency switching circuits where low switching losses are critical. The operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C supports reliable operation in demanding thermal environments.
The module is housed in a SOT-227-4 (miniBLOC) package and is intended for chassis mount installation, providing excellent thermal management through direct heatsink attachment. This package offers high power density and robust mechanical construction for industrial and commercial power systems.
