The DSEE30-12A is a fast recovery diode array manufactured by IXYS. It consists of two diodes in a series configuration, rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V and an average rectified current of 30A. The device is designed for high-efficiency switching applications.
Electrical characteristics include a reverse recovery time of 30 ns, typical forward voltage of 2.5V at 30A, and a non-repetitive surge current capability of 200A at 1200V. The operating temperature range spans from -55°C to 175°C.
