The DSC1103CI1-200.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip Technology. It provides a 200MHz nominal frequency with LVDS output logic. Frequency stability is rated at ±50ppm over the full operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports a wide supply voltage range from 2.25V to 3.63V and draws a maximum supply current of 32mA. A standby (power-down) function is included for power savings when the clock is not required.
