The Analog Devices DS600U+T&R is a highly accurate analog-output temperature sensor designed for precise temperature monitoring. It offers ±0.5°C accuracy over the -20°C to +100°C range, and ±0.75°C accuracy across its full operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
This sensor operates with a supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V and provides an analog voltage output proportional to temperature. It includes features such as a shutdown mode for low-power standby and can function as a thermostat with user-programmable trip points.
The DS600U+T&R is supplied in an 8-pin µSOP package with an exposed pad, suitable for surface mounting.
