DS3680N

The Texas Instruments DS3680N is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a quad telephone relay driver. It interfaces -48V relay systems with TTL or CMOS logic systems, capable of sourcing up to 50 mA from standard -52V battery power.

Key electrical specifications include a maximum switching voltage of 60V and a maximum output voltage of 60V. The device features a peak output current of 0.1A and a per-channel output current capability of 100mA. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and is compatible with both TTL and CMOS input logic levels. The typical delay time is 1000ns, with a typical voltage at the lowest specified current of 900mV and a typical off-state output current of 100µA.

Designed for telephone applications, the DS3680N includes features such as a high common-mode input voltage range and a fail-safe disconnect feature.
