The Texas Instruments DS34RT5110SQX/NOPB is a 10.2 Gbps high-performance re-clocking device supporting 3 Transition Minimized Differential Signaling (TMDS) data channels and a single clock channel. It is compatible with DVI v1.0 and HDMI v1.3a data rates up to 3.4 Gbps per channel.
This retimer incorporates a configurable receive equalizer, a clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit, and a de-emphasis driver on each data channel. The device equalizes and retimes signals, reducing jitter and enabling cascaded devices for long links without signal degradation. It is optimized for HDMI/DVI repeater applications.
