It offers combined equalization supporting up to 35+ dB channel loss at 12.9 GHz and an adjustable transmit amplitude ranging from 205 mVppd to 1225 mVppd. The device also includes an on-chip eye opening monitor (EOM) and a PRBS pattern checker/generator.
