Controlled via an 8-bit parallel port (Intel or Motorola), the DS21458N+ is housed in a 256-CSBGA (17x17mm) package. It also supports IEEE 1149.1 JTAG-Boundary Scan, Signaling System 7 (SS7), and RAI-CI/AIS-CI.
