The DS2003CMX/NOPB is a high current/voltage Darlington driver array manufactured by Texas Instruments. It comprises seven high gain NPN Darlington pairs with open-collector outputs and a common emitter. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving, making it suitable for a variety of interface applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum output voltage of 50V and a typical output current of 350 mA per channel. The device is TTL and CMOS compatible, operating from a 5V supply. The input voltage range extends from -0.3V to 30V absolute maximum. The array is rated for continuous collector current up to 500 mA.
Housed in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package, the DS2003CMX/NOPB operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device is designed to interface with solenoids, relays, lamps, small motors, and LEDs. Multiple outputs can be paralleled for higher sink current capability.
The supply voltage is 5V.
