The DS1731U+ is a high-precision digital thermometer and thermostat from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It provides temperature readings over a -55°C to +125°C range with an accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 70°C. The device supports a user-selectable output resolution up to 12 bits and operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V.
This digital sensor features an I2C interface, making it easy to integrate into distributed temperature-sensing applications. It can function as a stand-alone thermostat with user-defined trip points and hysteresis, stored in non-volatile EEPROM. The DS1731U+ is available in an 8-pin uMAX/uSOP package and is designed for surface mounting.
