The DS1624+ is a versatile digital temperature sensor and nonvolatile memory device from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It combines a direct-to-digital temperature sensor capable of measuring ambient temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with 0.0625°C resolution and ±0.5°C accuracy from 0°C to 70°C. This functionality is integrated with 256 bytes of EEPROM memory, accessible via a 2-wire serial interface, allowing users to store information such as frequency compensation coefficients.
