The DS1620+ by Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated is a digital thermometer and thermostat that provides 9-bit temperature readings. It measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with an accuracy of ±0.5°C in the 0°C to 70°C range. The device operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V and communicates via a 3-wire serial interface (CLK, DQ, RST).
This sensor is designed to be space-saving, requiring no external components. It features user-definable, nonvolatile thermostatic settings and three thermal alarm outputs (THIGH, TLOW, TCOM). The DS1620+ is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including thermostatic controls, industrial systems, consumer products, and thermometers.
