DS1489M

The DS1489M is a quad line receiver IC manufactured by Texas Instruments, designed to interface data terminal equipment (DTE) with data communications equipment (DCE). It features four separate receivers within a single monolithic silicon chip, satisfying EIA Standard RS-232D specifications. The device operates with a supply voltage typically around 5V, with a specified range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
