The DS1232S also incorporates a pushbutton reset input with debouncing and a watchdog timer that forces a reset if the strobe input is not serviced within a set timeout period.

 

Available in a space-saving 16-pin SOIC surface mount package, the DS1232S is suitable for various industrial applications. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and supports an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it robust for demanding environments.
