The DRV3201QPAPRQ1 is a motor driver IC from Texas Instruments designed for automotive and industrial applications. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 4.75V to 30V and can drive up to 250 nC gate charge with 1A gate drive current (140 mA source / 1 A sink). The device supports PWM frequencies up to 30 kHz and logic down to 3V.
