The DRTR5V0U4S-7 is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for ESD protection on high-speed data interfaces. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, with a reverse breakdown voltage range of 6.0V to 9.0V at 1mA. The device provides excellent ESD protection with ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs waveform).
With a typical I/O to GND capacitance of just 1.0pF, this array is well-suited for high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, Serial ATA, DVI, and HDMI. The low dynamic resistance of 0.9Ω ensures efficient clamping. The device is also AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications.
The DRTR5V0U4S-7 is housed in a surface mount SOT-363 package with matte tin finish over an Alloy 42 leadframe. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, with moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 200mW.
