The DRTR5V0U4LP16-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with air and contact discharge ratings of ±30kV, and features a low typical channel capacitance of 1pF at 1MHz.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V, and a peak pulse current rating of 6A (8/20µs). The device is configured as a steering (rail-to-rail) diode array with 4 unidirectional channels, making it suitable for protecting multiple data lines in portable electronics.
The device is housed in a U-DFN1616-6 surface mount package with NiPdAu over copper leadframe terminals. It is totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a power dissipation of 300mW and thermal resistance of 417°C/W junction-to-ambient.
