The DRTR5V0U2SR-7 is a 2-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed by Diodes Incorporated for high-speed data line protection. It uses a steering (rail-to-rail) topology to clamp transients while maintaining signal integrity.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V, a breakdown voltage range of 6.0V to 9.0V at 1mA, and a typical capacitance of 1pF at 1MHz.
