The DPBT8105-7 is a 1A PNP surface-mount transistor from Diodes Incorporated. It features epitaxial planar die construction and is designed for medium power amplification and switching applications. The device offers a high collector current rating of -1A continuous and -2A peak, with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -60V and collector-base breakdown voltage of -80V. The transistor is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability, making it suitable for automotive and other demanding environments.
