The Texas Instruments DP83848MPHPREP is an enhanced product, single-port, 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet physical layer transceiver. Designed for demanding applications, it operates across an extreme temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This transceiver supports multiple interface types including MII, RMII, and SNI, providing flexibility for various system designs. It features a low-power 3.3-V, 0.18-µm CMOS technology with typical power consumption under 270 mW. Key electrical features include Auto-MDIX for 10/100 Mbps, energy detection mode, and a 25-MHz clock output.
