The DP0150BLP4-7 is a 50V PNP small signal bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. Designed for general purpose switching and amplification applications, this transistor features a maximum collector current of -100mA and a power dissipation of 1000mW.
With a DC current gain (hFE) of 200 minimum at 2mA collector current and 6V VCE, and a low VCE saturation voltage of 300mV at 10mA base current, it offers efficient switching performance. The transition frequency of 80MHz enables use in moderate-speed switching circuits.
Housed in a space-saving X2-DFN1006-3 surface mount package, this transistor measures just 0.4mm in height and 0.6mm² footprint, making it ideal for compact designs. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free, with an MSL rating of Level 1 for unlimited floor life.
