The Panduit DNFR18-206FIB-M is a fully insulated female quick disconnect terminal designed for 18-22 AWG stranded copper wire. It features a 0.187/0.205 inch tab width with 0.020 inch thickness, and an angled 90° flag configuration for right-angle connections. The crimp termination ensures a secure and reliable electrical connection.
The terminal is constructed with a tin-plated CDA 260 brass contact and a Type 66 Nylon housing, providing excellent conductivity and insulation. It is UL listed and CSA certified for a maximum voltage rating of 600V and a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. The insertion and withdrawal force is specified between 6 and 12 lbf.
Packaged in bulk quantities of 1000 pieces, this terminal is suitable for use with Panduit's CT-300-1 installation tool. The red translucent housing allows for easy wire gauge identification. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, though certification documents are not provided.
