This is a fully insulated female quick disconnect receptacle from Panduit, part number DNFR18-205FIB-M. It is designed for 18-22 AWG stranded copper wire and accepts tab widths of 0.187" (4.75mm) and 0.205" (5.21mm) with a tab thickness of 0.032" (0.81mm). The terminal is angled 90° (flag type) for right-angle wire entry.
The contact is made of brass with tin plating, and the housing is Type 66 Nylon. It is rated for 600V maximum voltage and 105°C maximum temperature. The insertion/withdrawal force is 6-12 lbs. The wire strip length is 8.7 mm, and the maximum wire insulation diameter is 4.52 mm.
This connector is UL listed and CSA certified. It is supplied in bulk packaging with a standard package quantity of 1000 pieces. The red color indicates the wire range (18-22 AWG). Installation tools such as CT-300-1 are recommended.
