The Panduit DNF18-111FIB-M is a fully insulated female quick disconnect terminal designed for 18-22 AWG stranded copper wire. It accepts a 0.110" x 0.020" male tab and is rated for up to 600V with a UL maximum temperature of 125°C and CSA maximum temperature of 105°C.
The terminal features a brass stamping with tin plating and a serrated wire crimp area for secure wire retention. The nylon 6/6 housing is fully insulated and translucent red, providing mechanical protection and strain relief. The housing includes a funnel wire entry and a wire stop for proper insertion depth.
This terminal is suitable for free-hanging (in-line) applications and requires a crimp termination. The recommended wire strip length is 7.1 mm. It meets UL and CSA requirements and is RoHS3 compliant. The DNF18-111FIB-M is packaged in Mylar tape for automated installation processes.
