The Panduit DNF14-250FIB-3K is a fully insulated female quick disconnect terminal designed for 14-16 AWG wire. It features a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab width and 0.032" (0.81mm) tab thickness, making it compatible with standard male quick disconnect tabs. The terminal is constructed with a tin-plated brass contact and a butted seam for reliable crimp performance. The fully insulated nylon housing provides electrical insulation and protection against shorts. Funnel entry design facilitates easy wire insertion.
This component is rated for a maximum voltage of 600V and an operating temperature of 105°C. It meets UL flammability requirements (UL 94V-2/HB) and is free hanging (in-line) mounted. The terminal is supplied on reels of 3000 pieces. Specialty tool CT-1014 is recommended for installation. The design allows for repeated insertion and removal from the male tab without tools, and mates with the DNF-FIMB family of male tabs.
