The device features a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 19mΩ at VGS=10V and 28mΩ at VGS=4.5V, with a gate threshold voltage of 2.5V maximum. Input capacitance is 864pF and total gate charge is 17nC. It is designed for automotive applications and is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.

 

Typical applications include engine management systems, body control electronics, and DC-DC converters. The PowerDI5060-8 package uses a green molding compound with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals.
