It features a low typical on-resistance of 15mOhm at 10V gate drive, enabling reduced conduction losses. The device is rated for a continuous drain current of 10.6A at ambient temperature and up to 32A at case temperature 25°C.
This MOSFET is optimized for fast switching with low input capacitance (864pF at 30V) and a gate charge of 17nC at 10V.
