The DMT4004LPS-13 is a 40V N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum drain current of 26A at 25°C ambient temperature and 90A at case temperature, with an ultra-low on-resistance of 2.5mOhm (max) at 50A and 10V gate drive, and 4mOhm at 4.5V. The gate charge is 82.2nC (max) at 10V, and input capacitance is 4508pF at 20V, enabling efficient switching performance.
The device is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 surface mount package, which is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and matte tin annealed terminal finish.
