The DMT32M5LPS-13 is a 30V N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency power management and load switch applications. It offers a maximum drain current of 150A at Tc=25°C and low on-resistance: 2.0mOhm max at Vgs=10V (Id=150A) and 3.0mOhm max at Vgs=4.5V (Id=100A). The device features low input capacitance of 3944pF max at Vds=25V and a total gate charge of 68nC max at Vgs=10V, enabling fast switching.
The MOSFET is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 surface mount package (also known as 8-PowerTDFN) with a low profile of less than 1.1mm. It is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 100W at Tc=25°C and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The package is molded with green compound and has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. Terminals are matte tin annealed over copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202.
This component is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It is suitable for DC-DC converters, load switches, and other power management circuits requiring high efficiency and compact design.
