The DMT3009LDT-7 is a dual N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It features two asymmetrical MOSFETs with a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V and a maximum continuous drain current of 30A at a case temperature of 25°C. The on-resistance is 11.1 milliohms at VGS=10V, 13.8 milliohms at VGS=4.5V, and 22.0 milliohms at VGS=3.8V.
This MOSFET is suitable for general purpose interfacing switches and power management functions. It is housed in a V-DFN3030-8 (Type K) package with molded plastic, green molding compound rated UL 94V-0. The device is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020 and is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
The DMT3009LDT-7 is available in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel (DMT3009LDT-7) or 1,500 pieces per reel (DMT3009LDT-7A).
