The DMT3004LFG-7 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a continuous drain current of 25A at case temperature 25°C (10.4A at ambient 25°C). The device offers ultra-low on-resistance of 4.5mΩ maximum at Vgs=10V and 7mΩ at Vgs=4.5V, minimizing conduction losses.
With a gate threshold voltage of 3V maximum at 250µA, the MOSFET is compatible with 4.5V and 10V gate drive levels. Input capacitance is 2370pF at Vds=15V, and total gate charge is 44nC at Vgs=10V, enabling efficient switching. The device is 100% avalanche rated for ruggedness.
The DMT3004LFG-7 is housed in a PowerDI3333-8 surface mount package, which offers a small footprint and excellent thermal performance. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, power management functions, and backlighting.
