The DMP6110SSD-13 is a dual P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for low on-resistance and fast switching. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of -60V and continuous drain current of -3.3A at 25°C ambient. The on-resistance is as low as 105mΩ at Vgs=-10V and 130mΩ at Vgs=-4.5V.
This MOSFET is suitable for DC-DC converters, power management, and backlighting applications. It offers low input capacitance (969pF at 30V) and fast switching performance. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 1.2W at 25°C ambient.
The device is packaged in an industry-standard 8-SOIC (SO-8) surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel in quantities of 2500 pieces. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free (green). The terminals are matte tin annealed over copper leadframe, and the moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited).
