The DMP6050SPS-13 is a 60V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to minimize on-resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is ideal for notebook battery power management, DC-DC converters, and load switch applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V, continuous drain current of 26A at case temperature (Vgs=-10V) and 5.7A at ambient temperature. On-resistance is rated at 50mΩ maximum at Vgs=-10V and 70mΩ at Vgs=-4.5V. The device features low input capacitance of 2163pF and gate charge of 30nC, enabling fast switching and high efficiency.
The MOSFET is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 surface mount package with a low profile under 1.1mm, providing excellent thermal performance. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C with maximum power dissipation of 1.3W.
