It delivers a continuous drain current of -7.7A at 25°C and -6.2A at 70°C, with a pulsed drain current rating of -55A. The device features a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 25mOhm at VGS=-10V and 33mOhm at VGS=-4.5V.
This MOSFET is housed in the thermally efficient POWERDI3333-8 surface-mount package, which occupies only 33% of the board area of an SO-8 package, enabling higher-density designs.
