The DMP45H4D9HK3-13 is a 450V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It delivers a continuous drain current of -4.7A at +25°C case temperature and -3.0A at +100°C, with a pulsed drain current rating of -12A. The maximum drain-source voltage is -450V and the gate-source voltage is ±30V. The device features a maximum on-resistance of 4.9Ω at -10V gate drive and 1.05A drain current. Input capacitance is 564pF at 25V drain-source and total gate charge is 13.7nC at 10V.
The MOSFET is housed in a TO252 (DPAK) surface mount package with molded plastic green molding compound and matte tin annealed terminal finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free (green device), and rated UL 94V-0 flammability. The moisture sensitivity level is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
