The DMP4051LK3-13 is a 40V P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance, making it suitable for high-efficiency power management applications.
This MOSFET features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of -40V, a continuous drain current of -10.5A at 25°C (VGS=-10V), and a maximum on-resistance of 51mΩ at VGS=-10V. At VGS=-4.5V, the on-resistance is 85mΩ with a drain current of -8.4A. The device is 100% tested for unclamped inductive switching (UIS) and offers fast switching speed.
The device is housed in a TO252 (DPAK) package with a molded plastic body, rated UL 94V-0. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free (Green device). The automotive-grade variant (DMP4051LK3Q-13) is AEC-Q101 qualified. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.
