The DMP4015SSS-13 is a P-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed by Diodes Incorporated for high-efficiency power management. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and a continuous drain current of 9.1A (at VGS=-10V, Ta=25°C) or 10.1A per datasheet Note 6. The device offers low on-state resistance: 11mOhm typical at VGS=-10V and 15mOhm at VGS=-4.5V, making it suitable for low-voltage switching applications. The gate threshold voltage is 2.5V maximum at 250µA, and the total gate charge is 47.5nC at 5V. Input capacitance is 4234pF at VDS=20V. The MOSFET is housed in a surface-mount 8-SOIC package (0.154" width) with matte tin annealed terminals. It is fully RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
